About the role
Co-lead the India research function to produce robust, scalable equity and derivatives alpha while contributing to live trading P&L. Mentor and scale the research team while maintaining high standards for signal generation and research innovation. Requires a BS/MS/PhD in a STEM field and at least 5 years of experience in systematic alpha research. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of generating at least $20Mn in attributable P&L.
