About the role

Review quantitative research and systematic trading strategies in fixed income and rates markets, assessing methodology, signal construction, backtesting, implementation, and trading assumptions. Identify research biases and implementation flaws, evaluate robustness and real-world feasibility, and provide detailed written feedback to improve research evaluation standards. Candidates need professional quantitative research, analysis, trading, strategy, or consulting experience with strong fixed income or rates expertise, along with experience building, backtesting, or evaluating systematic strategies. They must be proficient in Python or R, understand research biases and trading implementation constraints, and demonstrate strong statistical reasoning, attention to detail, and written communication.
