Junior Quantitative Research Analyst

About the role

Conduct structured research and quantitative analysis on strategic questions involving uncertainty, transitions, growth, resilience, and competitive positioning. Develop scenarios, systems maps, causal frameworks, and sensitivity analyses, then translate findings into clear client materials and reusable internal methodologies. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field and experience in a rigorous analytical environment, such as consulting, research, policy analysis, corporate planning, or investment analysis. Candidates should have strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills, an interest in strategic foresight and systems thinking, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams; familiarity with modeling, scenario analysis, or data visualization tools is a plus.
