About the role
You will take full ownership of the research pipeline, model architecture, and signal generation for machine learning trading strategies in crypto markets. Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and grow a dedicated team of quant researchers and developers while optimizing execution algorithms. Candidates must hold a degree in CS, Math, or Data Science from a top-tier university and possess a strong foundation in probability, statistics, and algorithms. A proven track record of developing profitable ML models or quantitative trading strategies in a production environment is required.
