Senior Project Manager, Quantitative Research

About the role

Manage international quantitative market research projects from setup through delivery, coordinating project teams, programming, translations, fieldwork, timelines, budgets, and client communications. Ensure high-quality, timely deliverables and client satisfaction while meeting financial and billing goals, following ISO and company procedures, guiding junior staff, and collaborating with vendors, Sales, and Client Service teams. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required, along with 2–3 years of market research project management experience, preferably in healthcare. Candidates should have strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and the ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively under changing deadlines.
