About the role
The Quantitative Research Analyst will maintain and reoptimize multi-factor stock selection models while performing research to support new and existing investment strategies. They will also develop quantitative investment tools and assist investment teams in firm-wide initiatives to improve processes and client experience. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a computational or analytical field and possess 0 to 5 years of experience in investment analysis and data management. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with financial applications like Northfield, Barra, or Axioma are preferred.
