About the role
Research and develop deep learning models and predictive signals using market, microstructure, and alternative datasets, then rigorously test strategies through experiments, backtesting, and simulation. Own research ideas from hypothesis to implementation, collaborating with traders and engineers to deploy them in live trading. A PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline is required, along with expertise in deep learning and neural architectures, particularly generative models or reinforcement learning. Candidates should have strong quantitative foundations, relevant experience in time-series analysis, signal processing, or statistical modeling, the ability to work rigorously with large datasets, and Python and C++ programming skills.
