About the role
Build and backtest predictive models for systematic strategies across multiple asset classes, using machine learning and statistical methods to find durable signals in complex datasets. Design and test research hypotheses, take ideas from concept to production, and collaborate with engineers and researchers. Candidates should have a strong quantitative background in mathematics, physics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with proficiency in Python, C++, Java, or an equivalent language. They should have experience with real-world datasets, the ability to independently complete research, strong analytical instincts, intellectual curiosity, and clear communication skills; exceptional new graduates are also considered.
