About the role

Develop and improve probabilistic machine learning models for real-time eSports forecasting using live game telemetry, and build rigorous backtesting and temporal validation frameworks. Own ongoing model evaluation and performance improvements, writing maintainable Python code and collaborating with engineers to deploy models into production. Requires at least five years of professional experience in data science, quantitative research, or statistical modeling, with ownership of complex modeling projects and strong applied probability and statistics knowledge. Candidates need advanced Python skills, experience with leakage-resistant backtesting and temporal validation, sound evaluation judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly and work independently.
