Head of ML / Head of Quant Research (Crypto Trading)

About the role

Take ownership of the production machine-learning trading system and research pipeline, including model architecture, signal generation, and risk limits. Develop and deploy profitable strategies, optimize execution and live performance, scale capital under management, and lead a team of researchers and developers. The role requires a degree in computer science, mathematics, or data science from a top-tier university or equivalent, along with strong foundations in probability, statistics, linear algebra, and algorithms. Candidates need Python expertise and a proven production track record in machine-learning or quantitative trading strategies, with PyTorch or JAX for the ML track or advanced quantitative modeling and backtesting frameworks for the quant track.
