About the role
Lead collaborative AI/ML research efforts to improve systematic trading systems and create new trading signals. Work with the CIO to shape the long-term research roadmap and develop production-grade models using large-scale alternative data sets. Requires a PhD or MS in a quantitative field with over 7 years of hands-on AI/ML research and production deployment experience. Strong technical expertise in AI/ML is essential, while experience in systematic trading and team management is highly desired.
