About the role
The Senior Associate will conduct quantitative and statistical analysis of private market investment opportunities to support diligence and portfolio construction. They will also communicate actionable insights to investment teams and integrate new models, including AI/ML techniques, into the firm's investment process. Candidates must have 5-7+ years of experience in quantitative finance roles with strong programming skills in Python and SQL. A bachelor's degree is required, while a master's degree or Ph.D. in a technical field is preferred.
