About the role
Design and iterate crypto trading strategies from initial hypothesis to live production deployment. Collaborate with the development team to refine performance metrics and analyze trade flow and order book dynamics. Requires a detailed understanding of successful trading strategies in a live HFT environment and the ability to own the full research-to-execution loop. Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and advanced .NET is expected alongside experience in quantitative trading or market making.
