Senior Associate, Quantitative Researcher

About the role

Analyze proprietary private-market datasets and models to assess market risk and returns and evaluate private equity co-investment opportunities for investment selection and due diligence. Communicate actionable findings to investment teams, support integration of quantitative models with fundamental analysis, explore AI/ML methods, and respond to ad hoc client analysis requests. Requires a bachelor's degree and 5–7+ years of relevant experience in quantitative research, quantitative or systematic investing, or related quantitative finance; experience in quantitative equity is required. Candidates should have rigorous statistical analysis and large-dataset experience, strong programming skills—preferably Python and SQL—and a master's degree or Ph.D. in a technical field and independent research experience are preferred.
