About the role
Take ownership of the research pipeline, model architecture, signal generation, and risk limits for a live crypto trading system. Develop and deploy profitable machine-learning and quantitative strategies, optimize execution and performance, scale capital under management, and lead a team of researchers and developers. A degree in computer science, mathematics, or data science from a top-tier university or equivalent is sought, along with strong foundations in probability, statistics, linear algebra, and algorithms. Candidates should have production experience developing profitable machine-learning models or quantitative trading strategies and proficiency in Python with NumPy and Numba, plus PyTorch or JAX for the ML track or advanced quantitative modeling and backtesting frameworks for the Quant track.
