About the role
Lead and grow client relationships, secure new business, develop strategic research proposals, and deliver high-quality qualitative and quantitative insights while meeting financial goals. Lead project teams, mentor and develop staff, and contribute to the company’s wider management and strategic direction. Requires a relevant degree at 2:1 level or higher, with an advanced qualification preferred, and more than 10 years of market research experience. Candidates should have substantial pharmaceutical or healthcare research experience, a record of client growth and financial delivery, expertise in at least one research area, and strong client, analytical, communication, and people-management skills.
