Quantitative Research Lead

About the role

Lead complex projects from strategy through final delivery and conduct in-depth research to address operational questions. Develop and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards, mentor junior team members, and advise on cross-functional initiatives. Requires 5–8 years of progressive experience, advanced SQL and relational database skills, and strong statistical knowledge with Python or R experience. Candidates should be highly organized and able to prioritize, communicate data-driven business narratives, manage stakeholders, and deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
