Quantitative Research Lead, Construction & Platform

About the role

Lead quantitative research to measure user journeys, product experiences, and emerging AI-enabled experiences, using surveys, behavioral data, experiments, and other appropriate methods. Translate findings into product recommendations and build quantitative research capability across the AEC organization through shared practices, consultation, and mentoring. Requires 8+ years of experience applying quantitative research methods to complex product questions, with senior- or principal-level scope, and deep expertise in research design, applied statistics, and survey methodology. Candidates must be proficient in R, Python, SQL, or comparable tools; able to work with complex datasets and integrate multiple data sources; and skilled at communicating evidence and recommendations to product teams and senior leaders.
