About the role

The Director will lead quantitative research initiatives to support security selection, portfolio construction, and risk management across the firm's investment platform. They are responsible for developing advanced valuation models, overseeing data architecture, and presenting actionable insights to investment committees and leadership. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline and a master's degree in a related field, along with 15+ years of experience in institutional investment research. Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and complex statistical modeling is required, as is the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
