About the role
Research and improve systematic equity strategies by developing features, evaluating predictive signals, testing robustness, and assessing portfolio construction, risk, turnover, and transaction costs. Analyze strategy performance, maintain reproducible Python research and backtesting workflows, collaborate with data and engineering teams, and communicate findings and limitations to stakeholders. Candidates need professional quantitative research experience and evidence of contributing to research projects, along with strong Python and SQL skills and practical knowledge of systematic equity investing. They should be able to independently take research questions through data analysis, validation, and interpretation, and have English proficiency at B2 level or above.
