About the role
Develop and deploy pricing models for freight capacity, balancing win probability, carrier acceptance, and margin while accounting for uncertainty and limited historical data. Build evaluation and feedback systems, monitor production performance, and extend the pricing index to other forms of physical capacity. The role calls for 4+ years of experience building production pricing, forecasting, or trading models, or relevant PhD research, along with strong quantitative modeling and experimentation skills. Candidates should be proficient in Python and SQL and experienced with production deployment, model monitoring, and communicating model behavior to technical and commercial teams.
