About the role
Build and manage the Trading & Shipping data lake, data pipelines, quantitative models, dashboards, and automated processes to generate actionable trading insights. Provide market analysis and strategic support for commercial decisions, negotiations, and supply-demand balances across traded products. A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline is required, along with strong quantitative modelling, Python, pandas, SQL, database, data pipeline, and API experience. Candidates should be commercially curious, able to communicate complex analysis to stakeholders, and interested in commodity markets; cloud infrastructure and physical commodity or shipping market knowledge are desirable.
