About the role

Conduct independent research into machine learning methods for quantitative investment and financial markets, developing and evaluating novel approaches for financial data. Help shape the firm's machine learning research strategy, collaborate with quantitative researchers, and potentially build and lead a dedicated research team. Candidates should have a strong academic background in a quantitative discipline, a Master's degree from a leading institution or equivalent, and significant industry experience in machine learning research. They should demonstrate expertise in areas such as diffusion models, transformers, or computer vision, strong mathematical and statistical foundations, and the ability to independently investigate open-ended research questions.
