About the role
Co-lead the China research function to increase alpha production and elevate the local research platform. Directly generate profitable, scalable equity alpha while mentoring researchers and maintaining high research standards. Requires a STEM degree and over 5 years of experience in systematic equity alpha research with a proven track record of contributing to live P&L. Must possess deep expertise in signal decay, capacity, and statistical rigor.
