Senior Quantitative Research Analyst

About the role

Design, test, implement, and maintain quantitative tools and methods for monitoring and sourcing investment managers, while leading research projects and producing timely analysis, reports, and recommendations. Document repeatable procedures, troubleshoot and improve processes, mentor team members, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across regions. Requires an undergraduate degree, preferably in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or finance, and at least five years of work experience, including two years developing and implementing quantitative systems. Candidates should have investment-industry knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leadership and collaboration skills, and technical experience with programming, data, analytics, and related tools.
