About the role
Design and own evaluation and optimization frameworks for music-generation models, using proprietary music, metadata, and user-feedback data to guide model development. Lead the data and research roadmap, build robust research and data-processing infrastructure, and promote scientific rigor across product and research decisions. Requires a Ph.D. in statistics, mathematics, physics, or another quantitative discipline, or at least five years of industry experience as a quantitative analyst or data scientist. Candidates should be autonomous in ambiguous research settings, able to deliver production-ready code, and communicate technical findings clearly across research, engineering, product, and business teams.
