About the role
Manage client relationships and lead consumer research projects for technology and durable goods clients, from clarifying requirements and designing research through analysis and presentation. Translate research findings into actionable business insights that support client decisions on growth, product innovation, consumer experience, and market strategy. Requires more than eight years of experience in market research, consumer or user insights, innovation research, or consulting, including experience with technology or durable goods industries. Candidates should be able to independently manage client relationships and research delivery, apply consumer research methods, and turn data into clear insights and business recommendations.
