Quant Research Analyst

About the role

Conduct quantitative research and develop models for pricing, promotions, customer behavior, assortment, demand forecasting, and logistics using statistical, econometric, machine learning, and optimization methods. Partner with cross-functional teams to design experiments, deliver scalable analytical solutions, and communicate actionable findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Requires 1–4 years of experience in data science, quantitative research, or analytics, preferably in consumer technology, e-commerce, or finance, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field. Candidates should have strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Python or R and SQL, and knowledge of statistical inference, regression, time-series analysis, or machine learning; experience with predictive models, optimization, Jupyter, Git, and visualization tools is preferred.
