About the role
The Associate Director will conduct quantitative research on pricing and risk management for the eRisk franchise while providing sophisticated analytics and business intelligence solutions. They will also lead teams, mentor staff, and collaborate with the voice trading business to deliver strategic platform improvements. Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in the eTrading domain and hold a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Data Science from a top-tier institute. Strong proficiency in Python, KDB/Q, and quantitative frameworks for FX and Rates products is required.
