Head of ML / Head of Quant Research (Crypto Trading)

About the role

Take ownership of the production machine-learning trading system, including its research pipeline, model architecture, signal generation, and risk limits. Develop and deploy profitable strategies, optimize execution and performance, scale capital under management, and lead a team of quantitative researchers and developers. A degree in computer science, mathematics, or data science from a top-tier university or equivalent is sought, along with strong foundations in probability, statistics, linear algebra, and algorithms. Candidates should have strong Python skills, experience with PyTorch or JAX for the machine-learning track or quantitative backtesting frameworks for the quant track, and a proven record of profitable strategies in production.
