Head of ML / Head of Quant Research (Crypto Trading)

About the role

Take ownership of the research pipeline, model architecture, signal generation, and risk limits for a live crypto trading system. Develop and deploy profitable machine-learning and quantitative strategies, optimize execution and performance, scale capital under management, and lead a team of researchers and developers. A degree in computer science, mathematics, or data science from a top-tier university or equivalent is required, along with strong foundations in probability, statistics, linear algebra, and algorithms. Candidates need Python skills and a proven production track record in profitable machine-learning models or quantitative trading strategies, with PyTorch or JAX for the ML track or advanced backtesting and quantitative modeling frameworks for the Quant track.
