About the role
Own the trading P&L and lead the technical organization, including AI/ML and quant dev teams. Direct the research agenda, model development, and execution strategies to generate revenue across digital assets and other markets. Requires 8-12 years of experience in quantitative research or applied ML from a systematic fund or prop trading firm. Must be fluent in Python and modern ML techniques with a proven track record of managing real capital.
