About the role
Lead quantitative research and develop actionable trading strategies for centralized and/or decentralized crypto markets. Independently research, code, test, and deploy strategies, and build an in-house trading desk. Candidates must have at least one actionable trading idea supported by robust backtests or live results, and at least one year of experience at a quantitative fund or proprietary trading firm. Strong Python and C++ skills and the ability to independently take strategies from research through deployment are required.
