About the role
Own and scale the research pipeline, model architecture, signal generation, and risk limits for a live crypto trading system. Develop and deploy profitable machine-learning and quantitative strategies, optimize execution and performance, scale capital under management, and lead a team of researchers and developers. Requires a degree in computer science, mathematics, or data science, with a strong foundation in probability, statistics, linear algebra, and algorithms. Candidates should have strong Python skills, experience with PyTorch or JAX or quantitative backtesting frameworks, and a proven production track record developing profitable trading models or strategies.
