About the role
You will take full ownership of developing and scaling machine learning trading strategies in crypto markets while leading a dedicated research team. Responsibilities include designing, backtesting, and deploying profitable models, as well as optimizing execution algorithms and managing risk limits. Candidates must hold a degree in CS, Math, or Data Science from a top-tier university and possess a strong foundation in statistics and algorithms. A proven track record of developing profitable ML models or quantitative trading strategies in production is required.
