About the role
Design and iterate crypto trading strategies from initial hypothesis to live production deployment. Collaborate with the development team to analyze performance metrics and refine trading logic based on real-time feedback. Requires a detailed understanding of successful trading strategies in a live HFT environment and the ability to own the full research-to-execution loop. Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and advanced .net is expected, along with experience in order book mechanics and quantitative analysis.
