About the role

Identify market microstructure inefficiencies and develop, formalize, and backtest trading strategies using large datasets. Collaborate with engineers to deploy strategies, monitor live performance and latency, analyze competitors, and share research findings with the team. Candidates should have a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, fluency in Python, curiosity about market microstructure, and comfort using LLMs in research and coding workflows. Trading experience is not required; experience with backtesting, stochastic processes, distributed systems, DeFi, or production-grade code is an advantage.
