Quantitative Research Director

About the role

Lead and develop the agency’s quantitative research offering, designing and directing complex studies while contributing hands-on to research design, analysis, and final recommendations. Partner with the Sydney Managing Director to build client relationships, win new business, shape proposals, and grow the team. Requires director-level experience in quantitative research at a strategic or custom research agency, with strong expertise in advanced methods such as segmentation, pricing, and driver modelling. Candidates should demonstrate strategic and commercial thinking, integrated collaboration with qualitative and behavioural specialists, a record of building strong teams, and confidence in client development and business growth.
