About the role

Manage departmental budgets, strategic forecasting, and resource allocation while leading, mentoring, and scaling a globally distributed team. Analyze complex data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and conduct research to address operational questions. Requires 8–10+ years of progressive experience in a relevant functional role, strong data-to-business communication skills, and the ability to work productively in a fully remote environment. Candidates should have excellent written, verbal, and asynchronous communication skills, proficiency with Slack, Zoom, or Teams, and the ability to lead collaboratively in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
