About the role
Develop and improve quantitative equity investment strategies across the research lifecycle, including idea generation, data sourcing, predictive modeling, portfolio construction, and trade execution. Research implementation topics such as trading costs, risk, and optimization, and collaborate with other research teams to share data, methods, and insights. An advanced degree in a quantitative field, strong programming skills (Python preferred), and extensive empirical research experience grounded in statistics or econometrics are required. Applicants should have at least three years of research experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects; investment experience and hands-on alpha lifecycle or AI/ML experience are advantageous.
