About the role
Research equity-market behavior and trading opportunities, develop systematic strategies, and analyze market data to identify robust predictive signals. Design, backtest, and validate quantitative models, then collaborate with engineers and traders to deploy research into production. A bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field and experience in quantitative research, systematic trading, or financial modeling are sought. Candidates should have strong foundations in statistics and optimization, advanced Python skills, basic C++ or a related language, and the ability to own research projects through validation and deployment.
