Quantitative Researcher

About the role

Build and optimize performance-critical production systems in C++ and Rust, including low-level work involving memory, concurrency, networking, and operating-system interactions. Develop research infrastructure for short-horizon trading strategies and predictive models, and take systems and research workflows from development through production deployment in collaboration with hardware engineers. The role is suited to a mid-to-senior-level engineer with strong C++ or Rust systems experience and a track record building performance-critical production software. A traditional quantitative research background is not essential, but an understanding of operating-system fundamentals is sought.
