About the role
Design, evaluate, and productionize multi-step LLM agents that retrieve context and generate accurate responses for client workflows. Own the full development and improvement cycle, including research, data and evaluation design, deployment, monitoring, and collaboration with business and engineering partners. Requires strong Python or comparable coding skills, an advanced degree in a relevant field, hands-on LLM development experience, and a track record of delivering applied AI or ML systems with measurable impact. Candidates should understand GenAI capabilities and failure modes, communicate technical tradeoffs clearly, and be comfortable taking ownership in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
