Global Markets Quantitative Research - Functional Architecture Lead

About the role

Build and lead a new Bangalore-based functional architecture team, including recruiting up to four junior and mid-level employees by the end of 2026. Collaborate with teams in Paris and London to monitor risk and P&L Explain data quality, address identified issues, and support the development of pricing and risk management tools. Requires a BTech, MTech, or PhD from an Indian institution, or a master's degree or PhD from a foreign institution, preferably in mathematics or computer science. Candidates should have strong analytical and technical skills, deep knowledge of at least one asset class, experience managing a medium-sized team, and extensive experience with C++ or C# in shared codebases or large-scale projects.
